Pakistan get into final in first 2020 world cup then wins the next 2020 now they went upto semi in the previous 2020.they are the most unstabilised team in modern cricket other than zimbabwe bangladesh and kenya . Still reaching top in 2020 worldcup. Also even zimbabwe beats australia in that format.2020 format is not good enough in calculating the strength of any team . Them why this icci is running a world cup for that bad format .

I believe that Pakistan Test team is not very good but in ODI and T20 Pakistani Team is a dangerous team and we can compete with good teams as you know. I think you are form India therefore you are saying this but for you if Pakistani Team is not good but it is better than India in any format any where.

We have seen some of the greatest relationship that bloomed between the coach and the captain which has thrusted the performance of a team above par in many occasions and helped build up a strong team. The duos like Woolmer-Cronje, Steve Waugh-John Buchanan, Ganguly-John Wright, Ponting-Buchanan, certainly have had to work out plenty of issues but the overall effect on the team has been overwhelming.
I also read that the influence of a coach on individual players has also helped mould the players into good cricketers. For example Wright took Sehwag by the collar when after repeated warnings to him, Sehwag went after a bowl outside the off stump and was caught. Such issues and plenty others though create a rift between players and coach, but in the bigger scenario has only helped shape up the players to take up bigger challenges in the future.
Do you agree that even though the relationship between the coach and the captain goes sour, it is in the best interest of the team to work things out and not make matters worse but thrive on the experience of the Coach-captain duo?
