If you've bothered to read this far, what do you think of all this?
51 foreigners in 30 years is a disgrace.
krishnamoorthynagaraja, the players you mentioned are born in England. I'm only listing people who are foreigners.

Once again, I'll say that I only listed "FOREIGN BORN PLAYERS". Mascarenhas is from Chiswick. I went through the names of every English player of the last 30 years, I think I would know.
Ireland isn't part of the UK, making Ed Joyce a foreigner. That still leaves 39 foreigners. Besides, it's not the UK cricket team, it's the English cricket team.

What matches are the England cricket team playing next year (in England)?
For Christmas I want to get my dad tickets to a England cricket game in 2011, but I am really not into sports and have no idea what matches they are playing. If you could give me a list of the matches that they are playing in England in 2011 that would be amazing thanks!
Date : 2010-12-05 05:29:03Why Do I Have Lack Of Confidence At Playing Soccer (10Points) Plz Help!?
So, last Wednesday our school had a match against another school in our home stadium.
I really sucked at playing. I'm known in school with my skills and speed. All of a sudden I was putten under the 300 fans and in our home field. I was really stressed. I sucked BADLY.
So that after the match all the people were like ''Who Are you? Why did you suck at playing today? This is not you!''
And of course the coach will kick me out of the team. Guys, that's in school. Now in the club, I always have confidence, once I receive the ball, I dribble the whole players and I score a goal. All the people say that I'm the next C.R. I live in Egypt, soon I will be moving to Spain because some team wants me to play for them. I just don't know why did I suck at playing in school and ROCKED at playing in the club and with friends. Y'all please tell me. Thanks! =D
Date : 2010-03-04 13:17:49Can you rank the following English all-rounders in increasing order of ability?
1) Matthew Fleming 2) Dougie Brown 3) Mark Alleyne 4) Dominic Cork 5) Ronnie Irani 6) Craig White 7) Adam Hollioake 8) Ben Hollioake 9) Anthony McGrath 10) Graeme Swann 11) Mark Ealham 12) Vince Wells 13) Rikki Clarke 14) Jeremy Snape 15) Robert Croft 16) Ashley Giles 17) Ravi Bopara 18) Dimitri Mascarenhas 19) Samit Patel 20) Michael Yardy
Also, why does England seem to produce so many of these bits-and-pieces all-rounders and only a rare few great all-rounders like Ian Botham or Freddie Flintoff. I understand all-round talent of that magnitude is rare, but how is it that so many English players seem to consider themselves all-rounders and not specialists. (Notice i have not included many names in that list who could be considered all-rounders, like Gareth Batty, Ian Blackwell and many others).
If you haven't heard of or seen enough of some of these players, rank only those in the top 10 in your opinion.
Vsssarma: I don't think Vince Wells was the best ODI allrounder of the lot. His ODI economy rate of 5.15 was too high and his batting stats fairly poor (average=20.14, Strike rate = 55.73). His poor bowling was entirely responsible for England losing many games, especially one in the England-Australia-SL tri-series in 1998-99, where SL chased down 320 (Graeme Hick scored a great hundered) thanks largely to Jayawardene's 120 and Wells bowling (the game was better known for Murali being called for chucking and the Sri Lankans walking off).

Blah Blah BLah.... That a source told the sun newspaper what will happen and that even the 3 odi is fixed. Well I think they should start with their investigation with the English team by asking them how did they got out 210 for 5 and then 17 for 5 whole team out. Before I had a doubt because some people were saying the match fixing scandal is a joint venture of the ICC, ECB and BCCI to cut Pakistan out from cricket and also to destroy the worlds two best bowlers namely AMeer and Asif. But Now I am sure that whenever there is a slight chance of Pakistan winning a match something happens and the English media attacks Pakistan. How could the ICC take action on such a short time it was like they did this on purpose. How can the ICC just listen to a bloody newspaper that keeps pooping up like pop corn. I mean come on England though they would win the 3 ODI series easily but then Pakistan won the 3 r ODI and washed their dreams, SO the ENglish media together with the ICC made this net and threw it over the PAkistnai team so that they come under pressure once again and cannot win another matcj. SEE people whenever a new star appears or PAksitan team is in good form they bring the PAkistani team under immense pshychological pressure to destroy them mentally and then England wins the series. What a cheap way of winning Shame on England , BCCI , and ECB and ICC. Everybody knows who controls the ICC now and who has power and everybody knows in which country 70% of the gambling is done and where is the center of match fixing. Answer is INDIA. Indian lobby plus ICC, ECB is trying to cutt the pakistan team out from cricket and also destroying our cricketers by different cheap and bloody games.
And when the umpire tried to speak the truth ( Billy Borden from New Zealand) see what happens. What does the ICC do with him. TO be honest England win all their games against Pakistan by playing their dirty games that they play and their media especiallly. Shame on all the enemies of Cricket .
