Why can't I change by desktop background?
When I open Personalize, I click down the bottom to the link titled 'Desktop Background'. Once that opens, it only comes up with Solid Colors. In the tab, I can change it to Windows Desktop Backgrounds, Pictures Library, Top Rated Photos, Wallpapers and My Pictures. No matter which option I choose, it won't let any of the pictures in the box be used as a background, it will only stay as a black screen.
I'm getting really sick of it! So if anyone knows how, please answer.
In response to sherif saad, I am using Windows 7 Enterprise. I am using a Netbook actually, Levovo ThinkPad.
I have been able to change my background before and I have no viruses or any malware etc. left on my computer, thanks for all the answers so far guys!

Okay so i have virgin mobile right now but they dont have the plans i really like and when i just have money on my account they take it off randomly so i wanna change to crciket .. their prepaid plan that is like 2 $$ a day for talk and text and its kinda prepaid .. any advice , should i do it?? i already have my dads own phone .. and can you use tmobile , verizon phone and switch them over to cricket or something like that?

In ea cricket 2007 I have tried to change the names of players given in the batting line-ups and rosters of teams that have not been licensed by the respective boards for this version of the game, like the Indian line-up which has names like R. Dravia, S. Tendehar, S. Gungly, V. Lexington, D. Dhenier etc. Please tell me how can i change those permanently.

i'm trying to get close to her but don't know how ? There this mean girl that is very loud and funny but she is a fickle social butterfly she insults me ALL the time and makes me feel stupid .i guess i'm sorta slow and stupid and she is very fast when she is around i feel i have to go away , i feel so alone in my class so i really wanna be friends with the other girl , The mean girl thinks she rules the Group and was friendly with me and now she hates me , When i am on a table with her no one listens to me they can't even hear me.Today ger friend asked her to sit at the back and she was like ok "but i can't leave Avie" and then she asked Avie to come sit at the back and then she said to me "Tatiana you can't come to the back" and she was laughing and i said "that's so mean" but i was really really hurt (i am very sensitive and an emotional sponge )and at lunch i came late to the table and this other girl Aimee was like i saved this place for katie (the girl i wanna be friends with ) and i had nowhere to sit so i just went away to another table and no one cared Katie didn't know though . i asked could i just squish in and they said "oh Kate's sitting there" Hazel (the mean girl) thinks she rules the Table and the people on it if you disagree with her she will get very angry I be nice to her still because i'm scared of her I just feel she wishes i wasn't there. I have a horrible nervous tummy (its hereditary) even thinking about it makes me sick. Sometimes i go to the toilet to cry because my tummy hurts so much because i'm too nervous to go to lunch cos they might make me feel sad and hurt again .
