  • What a great day tommorrow for the Indian team.....?

Legends like Gavaskar, Vishwanathan and Kapil Dev will feel very proud about India becoming world number one tommorrow.......

In 72 years history of the Indian cricket, tommorrow will be the day when we will cherish the greatest victory since the 1983 World Cup triumph.......

Even if Sachin, Dravid and Laxman will retire...., we still have an excellent bench strength and players like Murali Vijay have proved itin the recent test match in Mumbai....

Our bowling has improved, our pacers have done exceptionally well and we have started winning consistently in abroad too(bar South Africa and Australia)..........

We do have certain challenges ahead(winning in Australia and South Africa)...., but if we will play with the same quality and brand of cricket like we are playing it today....,then those two missions wouldn't be a difficult task as well.......

    Long live Indian cricket.........:)

  • When you are at the top the challenge is great as there is very little space for maneuvering. I do hope that India stay there for a long period.

I expect India to bat again and may have a target of about 20-30 runs to chase.

Yes, they have to beat SA and Australia but Australians are at present in a sliding more and as I predicted, they are now languishing at 4th place.

SA have become complacent and if England beats them it would be interesting.

  • Has Sachin Tendulkar ever won any Test matches for India?

I know he has 17 000 ODI runs, 13 000 in Tests and almost 100 centuries in international cricket. But my point is: it seems to me like those achievements are only personal glory. Among all the great victories that India achieved as a team, Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble and VVS are bigger match winners. How come India does not have a World Cup trophy, no series wins in SA and Aus but yet he is and Indian cricket god. Where is he when India needs him mostly for example during the 2003 world cup final, 2007 world cup where India were eliminated in the first round, test series in SA and Aus. Why is he so special to Indians even though he has never done anything special for Indian cricket. All his records are just personal victory.

  • YOUR WORLD CUP 2011 CRICKET TEAM FOR INDIA.....?

IF YOU ARE SELECTER OF BCCI THEN WAT WILL BE YOUR TEAM?
    MY TEAM WILL BE----
    1.Sehwag
    2.Gambhir
    3.Virat kohli
    4.Sachin
    5.Yusuf pathan
    6.Dhoni
    7.Raina
    8.Harbhajan
    9.Zahir khan
    10.Munaf patel
    11.Ashwin

I will not select yuvraj singh because according to past record he makes runs after 15 matches. and we can not take this risk in world cup. we not need great players, we just need performers.

and i will sent sachin on number 4 because he is great player and he can adjust at number 4 but sehawag and gambhir and virat can not.
i will sent yusuf pathan on number 5 because i want that yusuf should play more and more balls in match because he has best strike rate in middle order. and if he stays 30 overs on the wicket he can even make 200 runs. so i thought that the capabilities of yusuf should be fully utilised.

and ofcourse the raina and dhoni can easily adjust their positions on 6th and 7th positions.
and we require atleast two spinners at indian pitches so ashwin and harbhajan are required.

AND ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH CURRENT REAL SELECTED TEAM?

  • Indian astrologer predicts a Lankan win?... he also showed in NDTV India?

One astrologer Pandit Deepak said after winning the toss Sri Lanka will set a target of 290-310 runs for India, but the Indian side will be all out for 210-225 runs.
Fans from both the countries are now waiting for the India vs Sri Lanka World Cup 2011 final match. What will be happening tomorrow at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai can't be foretold for sure. But one thing is sure that good cricket will be played. Let's hope for great entertainment by twenty two cricketers in the India vs Sri Lanka final match.
BTW im not believing Astrology... but put up this information because it's said by an indian astrologer
